The Fordham at 52 Old Elvet was absolutely mind-blowing! The cleanliness and quietness were super impressive. The bed was so comfortable and the shower was jaw-dropping. The location was excellent for exploring the city, and the provision of essentials like washing-up liquid, hand soap, and shower gel was a nice touch. The key box for check-in was convenient, and the complimentary milk, teas, coffees, and biscuits were spot on for a cuppa while planning our adventures. The flat was perfect for accommodating our group, and the spacious and modern decor was a pleasant surprise. We loved the close proximity to central Durham and the peacefulness of the area at night. having a parking space, Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and access to off-site car park, dryer, electric kettle. The VIP check-in/out service was a great bonus, and the availability of a golf course nearby was a pleasant surprise. We also appreciated the strict no pets and no smoking policy on site. I would highly recommend The Fordham at 52 Old Elvet for an amazing stay!

Great location, close to the city center and convenient for public transport. the apartment was clean and spacious, with modern amenities. the off-street parking was a bonus.
Basic supplies like toilet roll, washing up liquid, and kitchen roll were not provided. Some furniture was in need of repair and the decking outside was in poor condition.

The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a fridge and oven, made cooking a breeze. Plus, having a washing machine was super convenient. it felt like a comfortable and homey space.
I wasn't a big fan of the cable TV in the apartment. Personally, I prefer streaming services.

Stayed at a luxurious apartment with great WiFi and free parking. The view from the garden was amazing, especially while enjoying the free WiFi and not worrying about parking.
Oh, but who needs instructions on fire exits or recycling? It's not like I want to stay safe or save the planet.
